Liquid restaking can be completed in one wallet session: prepare ETH and gas, connect to a verified interface, approve only what is necessary, submit the deposit, then confirm receipt of the liquid-restaking token. It is quick because the user does not set up validator hardware, generate validator keys, or wait to operate a 32 ETH validator.
